Coalition publishes meme cards showing ‘not everyday is International Men’s Day’

If there’s one phrase International Men’s Day supporters can expect to hear every year, it is the retort: “But isn’t everyday International Men’s Day?”

To mark the launch of the Men and Boys Coalition ahead of International Men’s Day on November 19 this year, the Coalition has produced a series of hard-hitting fact cards to share on social media that spell out both why every day is not International Men’s Day and why the Coalition is needed.

Taken from the research on our statistics page the cards highlight facts on issues ranging from educational underachievement and mental health, to fatherlessness and domestic abuse.

The Coalition includes members who both work to raise awareness of all of these issues and also support men and boys who are affected them.

The full list of cards is below, please help us raise awareness of the issues facing men and boys by sharing them on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
