Ground-breaking new service for men seeks development manager

Coalition members MensCraft have just secured funding for a ground-breaking new service to support men in Norfolk, they are now seeking a development manager to establish the project.

MEN’S CENTRE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (circa £32,000 fte, 25 hours per week)

MensCraft (CIC) has been working in Norfolk since 2007 to promote and run services that support the development and wellbeing of men and boys.

We have recently secured funding to create a men’s centre in Norwich, and we are now looking for a highly-motivated individual with the drive, capacity and capability to realise our aspirations.

You will have experience and a proven track record in

  • strategic project development
  • income generation and fund raising
  • business planning
  • communications and marketing
  • working with volunteers, the public and community groups

This role is funded for an initial two-year period with potential for a further extension depending on impact and success.
