Mark Brooks is an equalities campaigner and chair of the ManKind Initiative, a charity which offers support to male victims of domestic violence. He is a senior marketing, communications and public policy professional and has also stood for Parliament. Mark regularly appears in the media and was the first commentator to publicly call for a Minister for Men in 2009. Mark received an OBE in the New Year’s Honours List 2019 for services to male victims of domestic abuse. He is a co-founder and Trustee of the Men and Boys Coalition and a member of the International Men’s Day UK team.
