Internationally recognised diversity and inclusion expert, Geoffrey Williams, joins MBC Board of Trustees

The Men and Boys Coalition are delighted to announce that Geoffrey Williams has joined the Coalition’s Board of Trustees.

Geoffrey is former Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Thomson Reuters and he is co-founder of one of the Coalition’s longest-standing members www.RockingUrTeens.com — a social enterprise that introduces young people to the real world of work and aims to connect the teens to a positive and vibrant futures.

During his tenure at Thomson Reuters Geoffrey worked on the global strategy and implimentation of the company’s diversity and inclusion agenda. 

He has been featured in the Financial Times Top 100 ethnic minority role models and the DIMA 50 male advocates for equality in marketing and media. Currently he is the founder of Geoffrey 0.Williams LTD, where he delivers insights, education and training around community, culture, brand and diversity and inclusion.

Geoffrey said: “I am very excited to be a Trustee for the Men and Boys Coalition as I have seen first hand with my work with Rocking Ur Teens where young men need to support to work on expressing their emotions. Also the different ways in which workplaces can gender messaging without realising it.”
