Dr Tim Cox

Dr Tim Cox is an Educational Psychologist who lives and works in the North East of England. Dr Cox is interested in the influence of gender on parenting and how to include fathers in the work of education and psychology professionals. He recently completed his doctoral thesis which was titled ‘An exploration of fathers’ perception of their role in their children’s development.’ Dr Cox’s other academic interests include the psychology of hope, person-centred planning, and community psychology. Tim also hosts an education and psychology podcast called ‘Agents of Hope’.
